The hotel is conveniently located near the river, with easy access to the city center. Guests can enjoy nearby shops and scenic views of the Tyrolean mountains. The spacious rooms have comfortable beds and soft robes. The breakfast selection is marvelous with plenty of fresh fruit and juices, and delicious coffee. The spa is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoor pool.

The management failed to promptly address a problem with the air conditioning, causing discomfort during the night.

Poor isolation-hearing guy coughing in the room next door and ladies cleaning in the morning,despite I asked for quiet room while booking and when arrived. Pool and spa closed at 8 pm so you r forced to go to public thermal bath with extra payment (connected to the hotel) .They give you bracletet on the reception of the hotel but after I got food poisioned in thermae bistro-noone cared or showed up with excuses.Dont eat in thermas bistro-really bad! Parking is very difficult to find-ask detailed directions before arriving. Cold ambiance in the hotel.Would not recommend to my family or friends.

Almost perfect.

That the hotel offered what we expected. The price that was offered in the booking was really good. We were surprised how good the hotel was and as it was located next to the thermal bath made it even more special. The staff were very helpful and the hotel is in the right location for shopping, our when driving to visit a tourist attraction. We will stay in the hotel again as soon as we get the chance. The week was perfect even though the weather was not very good.

This is one hotel that did not have anything negative. We got what we wanted.

The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast and Easter egg hunt, which were both enjoyed. The location of the property was great, situated within walking distance of the city center and nearby attractions. The room was spacious and the spa amenities were relaxing - particularly the pool.

The staff was not very friendly or accommodating, and seemed disinterested in ensuring that guests had a pleasant stay. the Wi-Fi signal was poor and difficult to connect to, which was frustrating.

It's a beautiful hotel. The structure is new, rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is very rich. Located in the center of the city. Very good to relax.

Unfortunately the entrance to the therme is free only until the check out time (11.00).

The design of the Hotel and the very specious, modern, room (room nr 323). The spa facilities of the Hotel combined with the Termen is unique.

Cleaning iof the room can be much better, a lot of dust shows how little time is spend on this subject.

We had a great stay at this hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The hotel facilities including the saunas and pools were fantastic with heating options that were perfect for the weather. The breakfast was delicious with many options and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, right in the center of town and close to many shops and eating facilities.

Very modern, clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast compared to what we had come to accept as normal for Italy. Free access to spa and thermal pools was a relaxing bonus.

Spent New Year’s weekend at a hotel in Merano, and it was amazing! The facilities were fantastic with beautiful pools, saunas, and great spa services. The location of the hotel was right in the city center which made it easy to walk around and explore the town. We also enjoyed the great breakfast buffet and the helpful staff who always greeted us with a smile. The views from our room were breathtaking and added to the unforgettable experience.

We also found that some of the spa facilities were overcrowded, which made it difficult to relax. Finally, the prices for the hotel were quite high, which made it harder to justify spending so much on a weekend away.

We had a room on the first floor , that had a door to the next room , which could be opened for families. This made the sound isolation to the next room very bad. As we were only in Merano for 2 days I did not change room. But I wonder why me and my neigbour was given this type of room, as the hotel was not booked out. My advice is : ask for a room without connecting door .
